In accordance with Law 1712 of 2014 and Resolution 1519 of 2020, issued by the MinTIC, in this section of Transparency and Access to National Public Information, the Comptroller's Office of Bogotá D.C., makes available to citizens, interest groups and of value the information generated by the entity.

As established by the Law, the information generated by State entities cannot be reserved or limited; on the contrary, it is public. This site provides and facilitates access to it in the broadest terms possible at the time.
